Resetting multiple logins for individual participants
Resetting the multiple login in the participant management is possible for each participant individually.
The function is only visible if the option “Prevent multiple login” is activated in the “Password / registration” window.
1. In your project, activate the option “Prevent multiple login” in the “Password / registration” window under “Registration”.
2. In the Participant management, select the e-mail of a participant and then select “Edit”.
3. Select the function “Reset multiple login”.
(!) The participant can log in again after 3 minutes (as long as the browser instance is blocked) – regardless of how often the participant tries to log in again before the 3 minutes have elapsed.
