Displaying poll results in 3d, different colors and with animation
Our survey tool now offers even more options for designing your poll. 3d diagrams in different colors are now available for displaying the results, which can be animated for the participants if required – combinable with all other setting options within the survey management.
1. Add a > poll window to your project and create a poll or election in the > survey management.
Open the > settings of the survey and those of the question
and then open the > answer settings.
2. Select as the result display e. g. ◎ bars 3d or ◎ word cloud (colored) and choose between different color themes. If necessary, you can also set a > “display animation”.
3. Apply the changes and save the survey.
If for example a participant votes and chooses the first answer in a poll with 3 possible answers, he will get the result as a 3d object just after anwering the poll question when selecting the option “show result”.
If the animation option is selected, the diagram will “build up” in an animated manner beforehand. Both of these also work to display the final result for the admin if “show result” is not selected.
The result of the sample poll with one of three answers as “cake 3d”, “bar 3d” and “word cloud (colored)” with one of the color schemes looks as follows:
(!) If the result is displayed via the “link – current poll result” function in the poll project window, the selected diagram is live updated after each question, so that the animation also changes live – without a hard refresh for the participants.
